Non-delivery of goods

had placed laybye at Bushbuckridge branch, I have paid it off on the 10th Nov, but I have not received the goods even by today the 16th of Nov, I bought a robe and bed, the bed was delivered on Tuesday the 14th after so many follow ups, the robe was not delivered because it was raining, they said they were going to deliver it on Wednesday. Wednesday came, no word from the manager, I had to call and make follow up, then they said they were going to deliver it today on Thursday, still no call from the branch.

By my understanding, I have read that Lewis is a same day delivery but my goods have taken a week.

I have been disappointed by this store ever since from day 1 placing this laybye. From laybye prices being changed, to dealing with unruly, ********* and unexperienced branch manager to not receiving the goods which I bought for over a week
