Noisy mattress

I bought a bed last year now the mattress is noisy I went to Lewis to login a complain they asked me to send pictures I had to phone them again and asked my query they asked my details again because no one knew about it but I was there and pictures were sent. I sent pictures for the second time still no answer I phoned head office 🙃 they asked more pictures all angles and I did that today they telling me the supplier says there's nothing wrong with the mattress so they can't exchange the mattress and I did explain that the mattress looks fine is very noisy .They gave me number for supplier to phone directly because there's nothing they can do .I phoned the supplier and they say the reason they say that Lewis didn't mention that the mattress is noisy
