No will to resolve a washing machine under warrantee

After sales service non existent. Purchase new washing machine in April 2021. Since August 2021 the machine have a problem. Neither the Lewis Pretoria North branch nor Lewis head office have the will to resolve the issue. This machine is still under warrantee.

Please dont buy anything from them, you will just have problems!!!
