No value for money.

I bought a kitchen cupboard on 31 May 2021. Then in July the door handles started falling out. Reported the matter in August but to this day they have not assisted me. I feel I did not get the value for money because they refused to take it back , I was told I should have returned it within 7 days if I was not happy with it. I saw the cupboard on an online catalogue when I went to the store they said it's in the warehouse. When I paid I had not seen it physically and I paid cash R7000.00
