No sympathy for employees

My wife was a Manager and resigned from Lewis Stores on 12 March 2015. She gave 1 day notice which was accepted by her superiors. At the end of March she did not received a salary, leave or even overtime for the period still worked. During December 2014 Lewis Stores did not pay her Annual Bonus, even though she only started as a Manager in August 2014. Her appointment letter never indicated that she will forfeit her annual bonus due to her being a Manager. After several attempts to get clarity from lewis Stores why her bonus was not paid and her salary, leave and overtime withheld after she resigned no-one was prepared to assist us.We also requested the last month salary advice without success. We forwarded an e-mail to Lewis Stores head office during March 2014 and up till now they never rep****. All we want is an explanation and proof from lewis stores why they withheld all these monies. My wife gave her best for the past 9 years for Lewis stores and this is the thank you that she received for her hard work and loyalty.
