no service with a smile

Bought furniture from lewis SE,they delivered everything but the wrong stove so they took it back and they had to get me a stove for they don't have stock!I've been waiting 7WEEKS now for a stove,everyday they promise my stove wil be here the next day.I move into a new house with no build in stove.I have to cook my food on a fire destroying all my pots and pans.they just don't care,never phone us back or anything!now they blameing value for the delay!phoned head office and also nothing happened.looks like they have too much business to worry about one small client
