No Service on Complaints

<p>Good Day</p> <p>It is with regret to start contacking the Head Office of Lewis with a<br />complaint that started in 2014 and no assistance was given after<br />reporting the complaint monthly only now i received a letter that i<br />had to pick up myself from the Electrical Company that was suppose to<br />done from Lewis Oranjemund.</p> <p>I Bought a Russel Hobbs Fridge with Wqater Dispenser at a Price of<br />N$7999.99 from the branch and with my first installment i reported<br />that the fridge does not make the fridge area cold so this was going<br />on monthly reporting reporting and nothing happened.<br />Now a month ago i asked the stock clerk to ensure that there is<br />someone coming out because i am throwing away food on a daily base as<br />the fridge is hot.<br />This i eventually did myself as well phoned ET Electronics in<br />Oranjemund and they came out and regassed the fridge.The next day the<br />fridge was freezing the the compressor area at the back ET came out<br />again and 3 times after that.<br />I delivered the letter to the branch by hand today that came from ET<br />Electronics stated that this fridge is unrepairable.</p> <p>I as a customer feels that i am good enought to buy from Lewis but the<br />after service is terrible and nothing is to be done.<br />I wish this was the only problem from the start but everything i buy<br />from the branch is either damaged or not working.</p> <p>I bought this Russel Hobbs on 07/07/2015 paid it up in 12 months a<br />total amount of 13986.32.<br />I will buy my own fridge now and request that Lewis pick up their<br />Fridge and pay back every Installment i paid on this item.Proof<br />attached of letter and also profile of spendure at this Branch.<br />Contact Number ********** ********** or ********** ********** </p> <p>Regards</p>
