No service delivery

We bought a Kelvinator washing machine from Lewis in Strand in July, about a month ago it started giving problem (machine not spinning and water not draining) we reported this to Lewis on the 4th of November, and after several follow ups, we have stil not had anyone out to fix this problem. Lewis says it is Kelvinator's responsibility, and Kelvinator says that they can not print job cards, so they can not help us. In the meanwhile, we are expected to pay for a washing machine that is totally useless... <br> The after sales service from both Kelvinator and Lewis are absolutely pathetic and I for one, will NEVER buy something from either of them again...
