NO REFUND AFTER ONE MONTH OF NAGGING STILL WAITING

They took my money while the item was out of stock now it a problem to pay back my money. Lewis Store Manager owns me an amount of R3800 which was paid on the 23-12-2015. Due to the fact that the store took my money while they did not have the bed on stock I cancelled that transaction on Monday the 28-12-2015 and requested the refund. Since that day I've been promised that the money will be deposited but till to date 25-01-2016 the money is not deposited and there is no specific day when this money will be deposited. <br> <br> I spoke to one of the employees she was very rude, very arrogant and disrespectful, I told the manager about this incident but he did not respond to my SMS. The manager has been promising to pay me every single day he is telling me that he is going to deposit the money but still nothing in my bank account. I wont advise someone to buy from this shop as even if your call their head office they will refer you back to the manager in that branch.
