no refund

i bought lounge suit from Lewis for cash on the 02.10.2015 and delivery was to be made same day as they always claim. My goods were not delivered as promised and had to ask for refund and was send from pillar to post , delivery was done on the 10th of October but it was wrong goods delivered. Again i wanted my refund and went to the store and i was told to wait in store for my refund because the money they had was insufficient until the store closed and up to today 15 October 2015 ,no one has ever responded to my request. I just want my money.
