No quality, no respect for a monthly instalment
This store is an embarrassment to the NCR and it's rules. Their staff speak to family members for payment cause even the manager does not know the POPI act. They offer personal loans from loan sharks to help pay the instalment without checking affordability. They are rude to my spouse and myself yet the manager at the time needed to make their monthly target and asked my wife to email my info to her private email. Now their new manager keeps calling for payment but not to have my furniture replaced. Sending me job numbers was not on your quality assurance. To my understanding the stuff or items would be replace but now all they want is payment. They threaten to come to my employer and scream at us on the call or speak to us bad. The call us outside business hours which is not legal. The staff carry on like I am the only person who has not paid. I will not pay for low quality furniture. I am tired of being ****** and letting this company get away with treating us bad. I will not pay until I received new furniture or please pick up your stuff and give me a full refund of what I have paid. However this morning the manager called me and spoke to me like I was his friend about not coming in to pay, I'm not you friend. I want a refund and for you to collect your broken furniture. Do not treat someone the way you would not like to be treated. Listen before you speak and respect is king in business. I will soon upload all pictures of the furniture which is less than a year. But I know why there is a delay because the guarantee will over in March. Joke is on the store and the manager Martin and his staff Dorothy, Sandra. Mr mart in wants to tell my wife that she is a ******** for emailing the old manager my information yet she was asked to from your store manager who should know the POPI act but that is no surprise because when he was asked the meaning he dropped the call on her. He also was very confused so early in the morning because after she told him she was my wife he went on to saying" your son is making empty promises to pay" so there goes the POPI act. As for Sandra she was screaming at my wife calling her a **** after I asked my wife to call the store and ask her to stop calling my mom whom is 67 years and asking her for money. I do not know what kind of company this is but the consumer should never be treated like the way we have being treated.
