No product but blacklisted

5 days ago, a consultant from Lewis head office contacted me. She was quite helpful,however I was still not assisted properly. I moved to Mitchells Plain which makes it quite hard for me to get to their Parow branch. I was advise to go to the branch. The Friday I was there spent my last money to get there only to be told that I should return the next day. The lady I spoke to at the branch promised that their driver will pick me up in Mitchells Plain and drop me again, just so that they can get me sorted.

I waited the whole Saturday for no driver. It's Monday today still nothing. I am highly dissatisfied with this poor treatment.
