No positive response on tablet repair

Regarding account of A.Laney *** phone *** After my last report on Hellopeter regarding my son's tablet repair and to this day no positive response was recieved from lewis stores Ellisras <br> <br> I don't want to speak to an consultant but an area manager as the store manager no care attitude is not appreciated this has been ongoing for 3 months now <br> <br> Due to the above with immediate affect i suspend payments of both accounts to lewis stores and offer them an settlement amount installment of R200 per month <br> <br> The above report is done by the husband of the account holder *** to this date the store itself has not made 1 phone call to us to keep us updated
