No help with couches

We bought a vacuum cleaner as well as couches and made regular payments but after a while we had to go for debt counceling but they still received money from the debt counceling. The couches began to sag and the springs came out barely two months after we bought it. We phoned Lewis and they told us that they cannot help us to fix it since we are behind in debt. We will stay behind in debt because of the debt counseling but they still get money. They sent us sms every month to say we are under gaurantee but they refused to help. Now the gaurantee has expired. What can we do??? Lewis is overall a bad shop
