No goods and no refund

On the 28th of December I bought furniture worth 9000 and paid 720 delivery fee at lewis stores in vryburg in the north west province. I was supposed to get them from Pretoria as I stay here, only to be told the Pretoria stores don't have stock. It's been 3 weeks contacting them without getting any help. Whenever I call the manager will tell me he'll call me back but he never does, last week Thursday he said I should send my bank statement and ID copy for refund. When I call today he says he didn't get them, what ****es me off is that they always wait for me to call and give me excuses.
