no feedback almost a year and nothing

I got a laptop at Pretoria north branch and it got ****** last year about august and I went in and gave them my case and fill in the papers and after 3 months I heard nothing and then I called them and they said my papers is gone and then I went to Hercules branch and they helped me friendly to send the papers to the regional manager and then when I went this weekend to find out how far it is because it is almost a year I'm waiting for a new laptop ,then they said again the papers is gone ,I need the laptop for work and the service of Lewis is bad and will never buy again from them if it is like this
