NO FEEDBACK

I ask for a quote on 12 February 2015 on fans. The Manageress tell me there is in stock and will contact me regarding the quote. I contact them the 13th February and Gladys said they will contact me shortly. NO COME BACK. I contact them the 14th and then they(Gladys and Annelie tell me there is no stock and the fans there was is on the floor for the staff.....the shop's aircon is broken. They said they will find out in Pretoria for stock at the other shops and will come back to me. since now......NO PHONE CALL.....I CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE BECAUSE THERE IS NO NO NO SERVICE....VERY POOR
