NO DELIVERY

Can someone remind the sales consultants and manager working at Lewis Rustenburg next to sheet street to start doing their job, Last week Thursday the 8/02/2018 I bought furniture cash amounting to R13000.00 but even today I haven't received it. I'm not going to run after those people to deliver my staff, They've got my money so they must deliver- end of story.Im fed up and exhausted at how pathetic their service is. They run for customers at the door to buy for them and they display on their computer what they don't have so that we can buy, e.g Bonny showed me 6 piece of Russelhopps 3000, bedroom suite of 6000 and bed slumberland of 4000, she promised that they have stock and they will deliver the same day instead of delivery, They came with the bed that was on display saying the delivery guys said they knocked off, how is that my problem as the customer because I paid?, no.2 they brought me 5 piece instead of 6 piece of russelhopps, when I call her (Bonnie)she says she didn't realise she will check at the shop. Two days later the delivery man comes with my bedroom suite only to find that its worn out, rotten and old as if all the rains have been raining on it, he sees it and calls the shop to inform them. I also realise that they didn't bring the 6th piece of russelhopps(blender), I asked the driver he said he didn't know anything, I called again with my airtime to the store to tell them about damaged furniture and my missing blender, I spoke to some rude sales lady who then transferred me to the manager, the manager assured me that the following day the will deliver my things, what shocked me is that she said about the blender the sales lady made a mistake but couldn't tell me that the sale she showed me is outdated, so they will make a plan a get one for me.They called me on wednesday saying they are going to my house I told them Im on my way from work, my battery died when I got to the house they were no where to be found. Even yesterday the 15th of february I thought they will deliver no call no nothing. You know its so funny these people they will not call when they are not coming and you would assume that things are not rigHT and its quite frustrating, even today I'm still waiting for the correct furniture because that one they brought is rotten. They haven't delivered, so can someone please tell those people to bring my staff or bring my money back, I don't see my self going to that shop again. I'm sick and tired of calling them.
