No customer service

Account number 435441 We are having a problem with this furniture store called Lewis. My mother has been paying Lewis for a long time now and when she wants information, she will either be told to call the Head office as the phones in Krugersdorp don't work. My mother can't get her balance and on top of that, she was told to call again head office to stopher debit order as she was about to finish off her balance. My mother was also told that her account has been handed over and when she calls the ADRS debt collectors to understand what is going on, the call was dropped deliberately. We have misleading information, *********** staff and have a pending refund. No customer service what so ever.
