No customer service

I have never been so disappointed,Lewis Roodepoort will make you feel undermined in so many levels.I have been waiting for assistance since Wednesday my account was approved.I have been promised multiple times that they will come to take photos of my stall since I am self employed. I was told the manager is coming to my address in 20 minutes and a hour later,he calls me to tell me he needs to return to the store he will come the next day which was on Saturday.I made a call on Saturday and he said he will call the store and come back to me.I received a call from the store and they said they will come probably after 14:00.I am still waiting for them to come even today,no contact nothing
