No consideration

I'm really finding it hard to deal with my local branch especially when you ask to speak to the Manger (Ab) to discuss your account and he tells you his busy you should speak to someone else. Next thing they will send vans here to embarrass a person but you trying to sort out your things. They act as if people don't go through personal difficulties. Can I please have an email address or contact number of someone I can call that will actually listen to me. My phone signal is terrible so it's difficult to call me. Also do they know about POpia cause seems a person's personal information is wrongly and *******ly being shared
