No client service

I was double debited November 27 for amounts R1882 and R2403 its already 28 Desember they havent revunded me the R1882. Yet hear we are again 15 Desember Lewis Stores tryed to double debit me again for amounts R1882 and R2403 and yet again double debit are put in on my account for 29 Desember for amounts R2403 and again R2403. The Branch is doing their best to assist unfortunately it is out of their hands but head office people definately gets paid to do nothing. This is utter bull**** seriously i have to pay bankfees and as usual they just dont care. They dont even have the authority to debit my account enymore but they do as they please whenever they want. I am at the end of my rope they are destroying my life seems i have to turn to the news paper to get this fixed. Im done with Lewis and eny excuses they may have.
