I had the most terrible service at Lewis stores Ladyfrere Eastern Cape branch,the "same day delivery " saying is a LIE! They dont care about the service they give to clients even the call center lady I spoke to couldn't care less about the service I've received and defended her colleagues and how badly they treated me after I had given them my hard earned money .The audacity they have by sending me SMSs asking me to give them a rating??rha!I wouldn't advise anyone to spend their money at their stores you'll come back disappointed.I wish I had taken down their names and expose them
