New Lounge Suite Broken - Poor Customer Service!

Natalie Corner Lounge suite bought on the 29/08/15. After 2 payments, the couch broke on 14/11/15. This was reported to the Astoria Lewis branch where the item was purchased on 16/11/15. On the 18/11/15 spoke to the store manager Charles, saying that we are unhappy about the fact that we are paying for a new piece of furniture and they want to fix/repair it, rather than replace it
