Never shop at Lewis stores again
I paid extra cash towards my monthly instalment and had a positive balance on my account but when requesting a settlement amount I was told the extra cash I paid doesn't count for anything and I wasn't refunded that amount. Manager was rude and undermines people especially young people and lacks professionalism.
