Never open an account with Lewis!!

I had an account with Lewis and I paid it up but they are still continuing with the debit orders, I went to their shop on Saturday the 10th April 2021 and I was told that my money was reversed on the 08th April 2021 but they do not know to who's bank account. I had to spend my time, fuel and my vehicle's millage going to their shop each and every month to recover a debit order on an account that is paid up.
