Never buy at LEWIS.

I bought a top loader from Lewis, in June of 2020 I went to the branch complaining that the machine was not working proparly, I waited and no help, I went back and after long arguments they sent a technition to my hous, back and forth with a technitin shouting at us and then in January 2021 he came a gain and stock klerk from the store to test the machine, I got shouted at by the technition a gaion and I asked him to leve and the stock clerk staid and tested the machine to see what is wrong. I was told thal she "Millecent" would sort the issue as sehe could see it is not working as it should. I then received a call from Lewis headoffice on Friday saying that the machine has nothing wrong withe it! My hous is constantly flooded! I can not go on like this.
