My worst nightmare and biggest regret

I opened an account with Lewis store, I bought 2 beds and a Tv, I only received 1 bed and a TV and have been waiting for them to deliver another bed and it’s been over 3 weeks of waiting, they don’t communicate, I’m the one who’s following up and I’m being rudely ignored or answered when I ask Questions, now I’m going to pay for something I don’t have and I was also promised a gift which I never received and I’m still being ignored. I’m not happy at all with Lewis Pretoria store and how they treat their customers, when they still want you to buy from them they are all friendly but it’s different treatment after you sign the contract. Getting a contract with them has been nothing but a nightmare to me
