My refund back

I have been waiting for my money from them and it's 2 weeks now after I canceled an order due to unavailability of stock in their shop. They promised to give my money and up to now nothing has happened, I want nothing but my money from them. They wanted to offer me something which was already in someone's jouse and I refused that because they were not transparent from the beginning.
