my house was under water and machine still not fixed

i purchased from lewis store

my washing machine was under warranty and called them to inform them that the machine is not spinning they send out the technician to come have a look at the machine of which no one made contact with me these guys left the taps open at my house the place was under water i called the head office to log a complaint been 4 months and no one no one apologized they just calling to ask when am i paying the account i cant pay cause i had to pay someone else to come fix my machine they not even calling to follow up they just calling for payment if i must pay the account they need to replace my machine with a new one i had to get people to come clean up the water as i was at home when this happened please advise what will be done before i will pay the account
