My Car Was Damaged

I am not really happy with how Lewis Kraaifontein have handled my issue, In November 2022 my Car was hit by their Delivery Truck, I went to report the issue, They were aware of the incident they said the issue will be referred to their insurance to fix my vehicle. The insurance came and took pictures and claimed I will get response within 7 days, I haven't got any response from the insurance (Marsh Africa) even today

I went to Lewis countless times this year to try and get the issue resolved.

The claim Number is CV***, Claim PFV Number : CLP ***
