My brother

My brother was retrenched in March 2023 and went to the store in vosloorus(Chris Hani mall) and submitted all the documents but the company in question failed to follow up with him or communicate with him as to what is the way forward, now all of a sudden he receives a call from this lady who works for LEWIS asking him about his installment which he has never failed to pay until now, but also what's surprising is that they claim ukuthi they haven't received such documents and he must go back to the very same LEWIS store that initially failed him.......
