Lewis store Emalahleni Cnr Athlon & Escombe Im not happy about their service its very bad. After I bought the sofa and they ddnt fit in decided to return them and i ask for refund i gave them all necessary documents they said I will have my money after 4 day.till today im still waiting for Refund, I called head office to inquire about my money they told me they dont know anything about me getting refund wich means the store manager Simon Nkwani or Nkwani was lying about sending documents to the head office. Since from the 9th of December I've been waiting no one care s at the shop even the store manager doesn't want to make follow ups ,head office as well they told me to resubmit the docs im so disappointed they not treating me well all I want is to get my money back so that I can buy the sofa somewhere else where they will treat me well.consultans at the head office of Lewis they refuse to transfer my call to the superior im so post I WANT MY MONEY TODAY...
