Good morning,my name is Belinah Nkabe,ID NO: ********** 532088, I have a serious complain about one of your stores in Vereeniging,the one next to Mr Price, I went to make a payment yesterday at 16:43,and the rude lady by the name of Nnuku told me that she Can’t help me because she has already cashed up and she cant help me because my sccount is in vanderbijl.first of all what time are your stores closing?Nnuku is a very rude Person she don’t deserve to be working with people,she really think that she is better than everybody else.And then from there I went to another Lewis in Vereeniging, Remember it was 5 o clock already,and guess what the lady there helped me with pleasure and I could see that she already cashed up,but she switched on the computer with a smile on her face and helped me.We as cutomers we need people like her,it’s a pity because I forgot her name but she is a darling,I was very upset and I paid all the outstanding amount on my account because after the treatment I got from Nnuku I felt that I want nothing to do with your store.Your service is very bad.i paid an amount of R6800.00 just to make sure that my account is paid up in full,please do me a big favour and close and delete my account with you.i want an action taken or else im going to complain to Hello Peter,im giving three working days Or else im going to Hello Peter.If Nnuku denies all these please go back to your cameras and see what happened there,and check my time of payment,what is making her special,why must she cash up at 16:40 while the other stores are cashing up late.You are always telling us that you are open from 8:00 to 17:00(so what nonsense is this?This must be sorted out as soon as possible.IM WAITITNG

till this day I'm still waiting for their reply. what kind of service is these??????????????????????????????????????????????
