Most pathetic store and service ever

Reported Kelvinator top loader on 15/09, only collected on 18/09 after huge argument with stock clerk Werner. Reported him to HO, spoke to ***nor. Swartland Electrical to repair machine, are told circuit board burnt needs to order part, will be here on 22/09. Phones on 25/09 to find out what is going on, part still not arrived dont know when. Technician phones later to say part will be here on 29/09. Phone again today to find out, part still not here when asked do they not follow up on parts not received, being told no why. Costing me lots of money to have laundry done. Got the macine on 25/02, machine is paid in full. If 1 is in arears they are quick to phone, now no one has the decency to give any feedback. Worst service ever, will never in my life support them again and wont even recommend them to any one. Pathetic is not the word
