most horrific service ever

<p>I am writing this review in regard to my endless problem I am facing at lewis store 45 pritchard street joburg cbd. I bought a lounge suit at the the store mid last year(2015) when this lounge suit was delivered I had discovered that there was a few defaukts with it two clips were broken I then called them and went to the branch complaining they only came back to me a month later they fetch the one section of the couch and fixed the clips they brought it back after two weeks I asked the the very same day about the other defaults they sent someone a week later that just swapped the defaulted couch and this point its been almost 6months of me complaining that these couches are falling apart they then kept logging it they came out after 3months Wanting to just fetch on couch(section) when I stopped paying them I then told them to take it I want a new set the store manager told me it would go for repairs it was gone for over a month when they brought it from repairs it was broken even worse. I kept on complaining I sent emails to the regnal mananger which told me that the matter will be delt with today after an entire week of waiti.g for thier response and they still telling me to wait I am very unhappy with this and I feel it should be delt with </p>
