Most businesd only care about sales and reaching their target dont care about service

Lewis store in Witbank Emalahleni they don't have service all they care about is sales and meeting their target,in August 2023 I bought a tv n wall unit so they didn't have wall unit in stock so I was forced to take the one on display and I was promised they will bring a new one till today I am still waiting?I have called the lady I bought from,I went to the branch area manager and branch manager were the I was promised they will deliver the next day,I reported the matter to head office after some time they called me and asked if the matter was resolved I told them no then I got a call on that same day from the store saying they will come the next day to deliver,I am on my second week now nothing has been done,my belongings are on the floor becouse I prepared their unit stand,empty it as they were suppose to collect now my house is up side down becouse they don't care about delivering service they got their sales and reached their target and the rest can go to hell,they must come collect their staff and refund me all my money and cancell the deal.I have given them more than enough time
