More Harassment from Lewis Stores in Theunissen

Ref: 664251 on 2 december 2019 I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter and was contacted by Carol Joemath from Lewis. she stated that a decision was made by management to write off the balance of our acc as the situation i explained had not been handled correctly. On 6/12/2019 she contacted me again and said that the situation has been taken care of and that i no longer need to worry. However........Since January 2020 Lewis have been Harassing us none stop. I don't even know what to do anymore. If management make promises and dont keep them how will i ever get this resolved.
