Missing payment on a pensioners account

Lewis in Lenasia is a ****, you **** our parents who are pensioners. My mother paid her account in July 2022 and was assisted by Ms Nomsa Moorosi, a different receipt was attached in my mother's book of receipts no money was paid to her account that month. My mother cannot see properly and did not pay attention to it, it was seen by me last month as I was checking her book. Now Lewis is playing hide and seek with allocating this payment.
