Miss-selling

I bought a bed and kitchen unit in 2018 I was paying in instalments. I was told about insurance where if there is a damage to my bed/ kitchen unit I can claim they will come and fix them while I am still paying. The handles for the kitchen unit git broken in 2020 late and I was still paying them. I went to claim in 2021 I have been sent pillar to post until now. I am not happy with how Lewis is doing things if they can not fix my kitchen unit I need my money for insurance since 2018 until I finished paying because they sold me lies and it's called miss-selling and can damage Lewis Stores reputation. I go there every weekend they look at me like I am stupid and tell me assembler will come the next Saturday I am tired of begging them with what I paid for because it's clear I am the fool here, I will appreciate your intervention in this case. Their customer care me an say the insurance I was paying was for credit not damaged goods, when I was told its for my damaged goods. customer care contacted the shop to find out what happening they told them that I never came to the shop I am lying.
