I am Cristina Ramashala I am actually not happy am actually angry I don't even think I well ever buy again at Lewis the way I was treated the service I receive from the lady by name of MALEBO she was so rude so mean towards me she even raised her voice while talking to me she gave me unacceptable attitude she talk to me like I am not a customer she talk to me like a small child as if I did her wrong and my query was simple I was only asking for my refund seens my account is settled in full but Malebo she managed checked on her system and she said there is a refund reflecting in to my account but unfortunately she won't give me back my refund hence she is not feeling comfortable giving me back my refund due to her personal experience even though my account is settled and I paid more than expected settlement amount she says I must wait until next month July the 8th before she can relise my refund I am not happy at all please do something I need this Metter to be resolved I want my money back.
