mislead ****** and poor customer service

i Nowiwi Kelele Nogcinisa have been mislead and have had a very experience. bought couches in May 2019 at Lewis store in Paarl form the sales men Mr Mayekiso. they delivered the couches at home and two weeks later i noticed that all the 4 sits were flat that when you sit on the couch you could feel nothing so i went back to the store tried to complain the promised to come back and fetch the couches and they never came again i made several phone calls which each one would transfer me to the next spoke to monica and promised to come back with the response but never again i went with my daughter who was the as the witness spoke to Eunice whom was very very rude saying it wasn't her fault we should call the supplier she doesn't make couches on her own and the store Mr Mayekiso who did the ale was present on the day and said hell speak to her and the lady Eunice said i am still liable to pay couches irrespective because it was after five day of the sale i am sitting with this problem with no help have no idea where to turn to as the store would do nothing with the matter as advised
