On the 21/01/2016 we app**** for credit myself and husband credit was approved due to technical difficulties on the network problem from the group we could not sign the paperwork HOWEVER the Goods were delivered without been signed for, the TV WHICH MY HUSBAND was also been approved off from head office was also approved and delivered without the contract been signed, yesterday at the branch we been advised that my husband credit available is no more, despite the TV been at our home, what dirty trick does LEWIS stores have misleading clients, right now I gave my TV AWAY having bought the new set, no to give it back due to incompetency from HEAD OFFICE CAPE TOWN, that again could not finalised my first query, Mr ENSLIN or Ms Gerber ( PA ) please resolve the mess that some off your stuff cannot do, as I am seeking legal advise and the first story was cheque guarantee services, now I believe Capitec loan is also been taken into consideration, I am not over indebted, WHY APPROVE AND A WEEK LATER DECLINE, please fix your system
