Had a bad experience at Lewis Stores Cradock. Stock clerk Ashley is very rude. And it's not the first time that his been rude to me.Has got no customers service at all. I bouth a lounge suite that must be repaired for the fourth time. I reported it four months ago. He said they will pick it up and send for repairs. In December he said they will pick it up in January as the supplier very busy and is about to close. I went there on the 15th he said he is very busy and he is busy with pre lam stock take. After that he started screaming an shouted at me. Telling me is actually doing me a favour. Manager just sat there without saying a word. This Is bad for business. I left the shop with a broken heart. Cause I was never treated like before. Please advise
