MATTRESS ONLY LAST FOR ONE YEAR...AND NO COMPLAINTS MAIL IN WORKING ORDER

<p> </p> <p>Youre complaints mail address is not working for starters…. so I've sent a mail to your info address with no response yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’ve bought a double Medi spine mattress and base on the 21st of July 2016 at your Citrusdal branch. This mattresse’s springs just collapsed this weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>My guest were sleeping and just felt something weird and the the mattress were like a hangmat. Totally ashamed that my guest had this experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’ve thrown away my cash slip as I thought this bed is going to last a few years (I mean that’s what anyone expect from a bed)… but I’ve paid with my card and got my Bank statement for you guys to track it. The teller took my name and everything when I paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>I see on the mattress that I’m supposed to receive a warranty book for the 12 years of warranty but did not receive anything like that from the branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please tell me what am I to do. I would like for the mattress to be returned for new or better yet to be refunded as I don’t think that It’s good quality after my experience and not really want another medispine mattress just to collapse again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please get back to me asap. The other thing… I live on a farm near Porterville and need arrangements on how to get this bed in town. </p> <p> </p> <p>I need a replacement cause I’ve got a base without mattress now. You can come check. Mattress is like new and I think I’ve had people sleep on him one month in this while I had it and it was covered with protector. I see there’s still a sticker on it so it’s like brand new.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
