Matter resolved excellently by Samantha Moses

After a continues fight and a reoccurance with Lewis regarding a R20 000 lounge suite purchased from them, my complaint was resolved in a professional manner by Mrs Samantha Moses. She contacted me not long after I posted my review, and informed me that it will be resolved as soon as she has liaised with her managers. She contacted me before close of business on the same day with a solution, which I accepted and the matter was resolved. Thank you very much to Samantha Moses for your incredible service delivery and for resolving my matter with such professionalism. Lewis stores should be incredibly proud of having her as an employee with such an efficient, effective and excellent customer service attitude. In future should I experience any issues with Lewis (which I hope I will not), I would want to deal with Samantha Moses. Thank you once again Samantha Moses for your excellent service deliver!!!!
