Manager with bad attitude and failure to assist

My wife bought a TV with Lewis and it was ******, we follow up with every thing needed from police case <br> my wife was called to come to pick up a TV Saturday when we get there the manager changed the story and told us we were supposed to view the TV first which the TV was not even there.<br> <br> Lewis must really check whom they make a manager as the staff personnel is good but the manager showed personal issues, how can they make such a person who has personal agendas with customers. <br> <br> to everyone don't ever ever buy from Lewis or even dare to take insurance with their products if you goner deal with \Banyana"the manager.<br> <br> the service from its staff people is perfect but the manager is full of it. for 2 - 3 months we have been waiting to date we still being treated with attitude by the manager? if the manager has attitude and personal agendas whom are we supposed to go to for assistance? my advise never buy from Lewis especially Protea Branch cause you going to deal with \""Banyana\"" the manager"""
