Manager and staff-Lewis Store Hartswater

Hartswater Lewis Store-This is one of the worst stores to do business with.Their customer care sucks,their delivery sucks(expects clients to help off load furniture and their manager is of no help,bought a recliner lounge suit from them,which within the first month started giving problems,waited over three months for them to replace it,full of excuses,new one delivered with only the driver and expected me to help off load,scratched new one,struggled with the first seat I sat on to recline while the driver is watching,and when driver left he broke my sprayer in garden with the bakkie,called manager and she is full of excuses,asked for area manager's telephone number,refusing to give it cutting calls off.I will not recommend Lewis store Hartswater to any one.Each month they want their installment but you get the worst service out of them.
