Mall of Tembisa staff and Finacial manager Glenda Kuna

I have been harassed at my work place by the finacial manager of Bears furniture store at Mall of Tembisa and the staff who is Glenda Kuna (Manager) since I couldn't pay my installment she told me to go to Loan shark to borrow money so i can pay my installment she don't want to hear story which this happened on 11th February 2026 10:41AM which I didn't sighn a contract that says I must be fetched at work so after that I did an agreement for payment so I paid on 27th February 2026 but today they did come to my place asking me if I did pay without checking their system which it's bad customer service!!!!!!!
