Luwis stores Has Bad customer servise

Luwis is store that does not care about their customers this year I lost my work wrote an email to them told let them know they kept deducting still only 2 months I didn't not pay they handed my account over not even a call on top of it I made it my self to make arrangements the lady from their head office told Mr she informed wynberg they would call me they never now im handed over
